Here I am again. I am having the hardest time getting back on track! I'm blaming it on the upcoming holidays. If anyone has any ideas please send them my way.

I hate not having a news feed. I'm not sure why they took it off. I have looked for groups to join to help me out, but it's not the same.

I ended up not doing well yesterday. I've had a bad start today ,with cranberry oatmeal cookies with my coffee. I'm having the hardest time getting back on track.

Good morning everyone! I have been on and off MFP for the past 12 years or so. I think this will be a good group for me to join. I plan on logging in here daily and reporting my food intake and exercise. I've had a good start so far this morning. I will check by in this evening and report my full day. Have a good Monday!

What an inspiration. It has been about 4 months since you posted this. I hope all is going well. I am getting stared again for what I feel like is the millionth time. I only have 50 pounds to lose. That sounds like a bucket full compared to what you had to lose. I'm proud of you!

Here is my thought. You are working with a doctor on your weight and you are trying something new right now. I would stick with that. I feel too, that balanced meals would be better for your diabetes then replacement drinks. Replacement drinks are expensive and a lot of times the weight is gained back quickly when you get…

I was over 690, and it may have been more or less. I estimated amounts. Ready to get back on track today. I need to take a good walk. I was also given the advice of drinking a lot of water today.
