We're old grumps and pretend not to be home. LOL I'm the same way. I would end up eating half of what I bought to hand out. LOL I'd just give out the candies I don't like.

I'll just chime in with this. . . I have a history of an eating disorder, and to be honest, I realize that I will ALWAYS have disordered thoughts regarding food. If I say I don't, I'm not being truthful. However, MFP helps me control my anxiety because I feel it gives me more control. I went from being anorexic to binge…

Oh that sucks!!! You have my sympathy. I have had a severe ankle sprain four times in the past four or five years and was miserable. One thing I learned was to try to use the crutches more than the boot. You will heal a lot better. Hope you heal quickly. :(

It can take up to a month for most anti-depressants to get in your system and for you to feel an effect.

LOL I've had issues working out consistently due to some health issues, so I went from working out 7x a week, to maybe 3 or 4. Decided to get fully back into it, and did kickboxing, zumba, and strength training on one day (which USED to be typical). I could barely walk the next day.

That was one reason I was worried about taking it. Luckily I haven't noticed a difference, but my doctor did warn me and told me that if I noticed it, I needed to let them know immediately so we could work on finding something else. Isn't it funny that most countries other than the US (and Canada, I think?) don't even…

When you cut out the processed sugars/etc, did you eat lower carb? If you did, and you then went back to eating normal/higher carb, then the DOMS could have been due to fluid retention putting more pressure on nerves.

I am currently combining Cymbalta (for anxiety) with Wellbutrin. It's pretty common to combine, so you could always ask your prescribing dr.
-
No. I'm on 300mg and it is the extended release version.
-
Totally. AND the Jessica Jones series ended with them together. So it's not like she shot him, and they never saw each other again. AND she shot him for a reason. LOL Not like it was some random, crazy, I'm gonna kill you stuff.
-
Yeah, I am really looking forward to all of the different series. But it is KILLING me to wait for the shows to continue while they work on other series. Just like their anime shows. They are so behind on those. I went on to Crunchy Roll to continue, but having to watch the commercials is driving me nuts.

OMG, this has just made my day. SOOOOOO adorable.
-
Yep! Wouldn't you know, as soon as I said this, the next episode I watch has the story about him being in jail? LOL I was SO glad that officer got killed. They did a good job making you hate him. I think I dislike him more than Cottonmouth. LOL Actually, I think the actor that is playing Cottonmouth is amazing. And in the…

Honestly, I just wait for him to make a first move. I just think if he is interested enough, he will. If not, oh well. But I tend to be a little shy when it comes to that kind of stuff.

I'm taking 300mg, too. It doesn't seem to be helping me with weight loss at all. My dr's are trying it because it is supposed to help energy and motivation, and I have been having problems even wanting to get out of bed, and being exhausted all the time. Unfortunately, I haven't seen any increase, but I don't want to stop…

I like it so far, but I didn't like that it doesn't have any Jessica Jones carryover yet, like she isn't even mentioned. I also hope they get deeper into his backstory, and explain what happened and how he came to be, and why he was in prison. I am glad this was released when it was because I just finished all available…

I'm the same. I'm like, I love having the healthier treat option, but for that kind of cost??? I think I'd rather just find a DIFFERENT healthier treat option.

Have you checked out netrition.com? I usually use them to buy most of my bars. Usually the best price I can find.
-
Thanks! I'm glad to hear you are feeling well again. Actually, magnesium was one of the supplements recommended to help with PMDD symptoms, so I am trying that now.
-
I've had treatment for PCOS for years now, probably around 14? So that should be covered, hopefully. :) I am talking to my doctors. The only conclusion that has been drawn was my doctor saying PMDD. That's why I was asking. I don't necessarily want a diagnosis for the internet forums, I just want to hear other people's…

Thanks! I may ask about that because I don't think they checked my progesterone levels or estrogen. Only thyroid and testosterone (history of PCOS).
-
She based it only on the description of my symptoms. I have also seen a gastro doctor because I have issues absorbing iron, and he did a full colonoscopy and endoscopy and everything appeared normal. I was tested for a genetic mutation that can cause a lot of my symptoms, MTHFR, and that was negative. My iron levels are…

Thanks so much for your reply! I've only had my Mirena out for a few weeks, so I suppose there is still hope. The odd thing is that the Mirena I had removed is actually my THIRD one, and I didn't have problems with the other two. But I am so desperate now that I asked them to remove just to see if it would help.
-
Well, the "just PMS" was the dr's initial wording. After experiencing this, I would never dismiss it again. Basically the only time I feel half way normal is the week after my period and the last few days of it. It's crazy and horrid and I'm miserable. Is your hormonal BC both estrogen and progesterone or progesterone only?
-
Thank you! I feel like I'm going crazy, and then for my gyno to just say, oh, it's just a bad form of PMS. It's like, that doesn't even begin to encompass how horrid I feel. I wasn't wanting to do hormonal birth control, because of it's association with cancer, but at this point, I don't even care.
-
This is exactly me!!! I just had my Mirena removed because I was hoping that it was causing my problems. Progesterone I can take, just not estrogen, so I may look into that. All I want to do at this point is eat and sleep. I'm highly irritable, and can barely concentrate or remember anything. I'm even forgetting my…

My doctors have to stay on my iron because I can get severely anemic. I've actually had to have iron infusions. Oddly enough, though, my iron is perfectly normal at this point. I wish it wasn't, so I'd have an easy answer. LOL
-
Lets see, I'll take 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, and 9. :)

So excited!! But hopefully it doesn't take my Kroger two years to get them again. After two years, they FINALLY got the birthday cake and mint at the Kroger near me.
