Going well so far. Trying to get more exercise into my day, so walking to and from work (knackering and cold) and I did yoga for the first time today. I'm also swimming in Sunday's. I'm 4'10 don't know my weight currently but I'm was around 220lb a couple of months ago! I work 2 jobs, a full time day job and 3 nights in a pub, which makes it easy to come up with excuses not to exercise. I eat when bored. I hope this group will keep me on track and give me an end goal. I know I'll have bad days.

I've been on antibiotics for 7 months and I noticed no real difference. My problem was craving food because I couldn't eat 2 hours before/after and as soon as I knew I couldn't eat I wanted to!

Thank you, I'm 4'11 and 210lbs. Like you I don't exercise the same amount each week. Which is why I was worrying about days when I'm just 'eating'. Today I know I'm going to be under calories, but that's weird for me!

After reading all the posts that seems like a sensible level. Next time I'm at my doctors might ask them what they would suggest. But I'll give 1300 a go.

I also try to 'bank' calories. I'm just worried that if i consistently go over the 1200 that I won't lose weight. And if I have an exceptionally bad day I'll also do the same and head to Burger King!

Welcome back. I've fallen off a few times but new medication I'm on has brought me back. I know the app helps me with tracking of food and exercise. Good luck.

I have set it to lose 2lbs per week, and if I exercise I log it and normally eat back some of those calories. Its on the days I don't exercise sometimes I'm under 1200 (and get told off) and others I go over. I want to change it but its deciding on a level that's sensible.

But its picking a goal that I'm struggling with. I don't want it to be too high and I'm not getting anywhere.

I've been dipping in and out myself. Before I always had good intentions to lose weight but I always fell/jumped off the wagon. Add me if you like and hopefully we'll keep each other on track.
