Seriously, even their regular tacos aren't that bad! My only issue would be finding something that filled me up for a while. Last time I gave in to Taco Bell, I was hungry again a few hours later.

Working with smaller goals is smart! Good idea! I'm fairly new as well. I've been using this site for one week and have already lost 3 pounds! Good luck to you!

Hey there, girl. Just take it a day at a time. You need to worry about your health first, the fab body will come with it. Keep it up!

I worry about that as well. Age does affect your skin's ability to retract because the younger you are, the more elasticity it has. Muscle toning would probably help, too. I really worry about it a lot, though, because I have so many stretch marks. How does that affect it, you know? I guess I'll just have to wait and see.

I think I've gained a half size in my shoes as I've gained (several) dress sizes. I, too, used to wear high heels all the time, until I broke one of my big toes a few years ago. I don't think I'll ever be able to wear them again.

It's funny, as I was reading this, my boss came in and asked me if I had a secret stash of Coca-cola that he could raid. Nope, I don't, because I would drink it all if I did! :drinker:

Whatever happened to not breaking the bank? $100+ is definitely breaking my bank. This is looking like Christmas territory.

ooooo, me too! I'm broke, but I really want an accurate count of calories lost when I exercise.

My mom is my true fitness pal. She has been overweight for my entire life. In the last year she has lost over 60 pounds, which in turn is encouraging my to try to lose weight. We both work for the same university, and she walks around campus every day. My goal is to be able to join her someday (right now, I would never be…

The secrets of low cal snacks! I love it! I think we all have a few tricks up our sleeves.

I have a similar one. It's excellent. It has ceramic plates and can be used with or without the wet setting. Here's a link on their website, but I think I got it at Target: http://www.conair-store.com/product_detail.asp?T1=CON+CS36F%2D2PK&HDR=HAIR

I'm with you on that one. My hubby brings in some awful stuff. Keep me away! I don't really have room to hide anything in my freezer, so I just pray hubby doesn't go into the freezer. If he does, oh well, at least he's eating something healthier than Oatmeal Cream Pies and Doritos!

I'm going to say not very accurate. I don't have the Plus, but mine doesn't even weigh me accurately. It's about 12-13 pounds lighter than my really good scale.
-
Really, just by how fast I go for how long and the tension I have it set to. I'm sure it's not the most accurate, but the difference seemed like a lot.

I did put the lower one, only because I didn't want to say I did more than I did. I don't really have the money to buy a good heart rate monitor, but maybe someday.....

You definitely need to pay attention to fiber and protein, because they will keep you full longer. Calories are an easy way to keep track of how much you eat, but there are other factors in keeping you full.
