Homemade Flavored Water - Calories?
My mom (knittygirl52) and I are attempting to remove the flavoring packets from our water regime, however the water in my building at work is pretty gross tasting plain. I don't want to have to lug gallons of water to work every week, so I would like to try naturally flavoring my water to cover up the taste of the water.…

Vitamin D
I just got the results to some bloodwork back from my doctor today. She told me that my Vitamin D was a little low. Anyone have any suggestions (other than supplements and sunlight) as to how to get more into my diet? It's hard to track since MFP doesn't have a place for it on their nutrition stuff.

The Human Resources department at my job send out weekly health emails. Admitedly, I don't read them very often. Today they linked to a very interesting article about nutrition, and a summary of it, as the original article is quite long (with interruptions, it took me about an hour to read). Anyway, I thought they were…

Accurate Number of Calories used in exercise?
Last night I rode my stationary bike for 18 minutes (I'm just starting out). The bike counts the number of calories I burn, and it said 63. When I go to enter it on MFP as "Stationary bike, very low effort" it says 122. I know MFP factors in weight, and my bike doesn't. So which one is accurate?
