another i do is baked chicken breast with lil spaghetti sauce and fresh mozz on top with oregano and what ever veg you want like mushrooms n onions peppers etc. kinda same thing you'd put on pizza or in spaghetti. just need to know what flavors you like and can make anything.

healthy sautee peppers n onions with sliced chicken breast seasoned with lil taco seasoning and some fresh salsa n light sour cream. I choose to throw on some jalapeños but thats just me.

alot depends on your body type.. me personally i can gain fat very easily so i require more cardio.. i lift 5 days a week with 1min in between sets so get some cardio from that then 3 days a week mwf i do stair climber currently as my main source of cardio 70steps per min for 30min. then tue and sun i do 30 min core…

when i was 250.. running for 60min at 6mph showed 1150 cal burned.

gotta remember PT doesnt care what is sustainable his goal is to have her at a loss. you can get all your cardio from weight training.. i do bi tri half hr ea.. do heavy lifts then break it down to drop sets and some more concentrations for ea specific muscle. compound movements are just that and work alot of the muscle groups so i like to hit specific muscles alone on off compound days so i can really focus and get the most out of them.

lol funny to read ppl missed breakfast.. I LOVE BREAKFAST why miss perfect time to start eating lol??? I never wasted a moment.. never really cared for sweets a whole lot but damn if i didnt love food and meals.

How much is a box of cereal and almost half gallon of milk or a whole box of chocolate chip cookies crushed in a large bowl of milk? just snacks lol Oh my or half a loaf of bread for french toast…
