up .2 ..to 200.2 I was down 2 pounds all week.:sad: But had to have some pizza last night. Who knew it could come back on that fast. I am going to eat at home before going out later. I am NOT going to gain weight back!!!

Yes, I noticed the weight used to just drop off when I wanted it to. Not anymore. Working my buns off for every little pound/inch that comes off. It's made me that much more determined to lose it and keep it off for good. Bad for me food is just not worth it anymore.

I am having the same problem... 18's are too big.. some 16's fit but others wont zip.. I found something that fit nice and bought two of them..lol And I've been to Salvation Army.. they actually have some nice things.. and for 2 or 3 dollars!!!

I don't know about all of you... but I always seem to lose weight on the tuesday after weigh in...lol And I try to be good. Sunday is my have something day.I need to make it on a tuesday

Down three pounds to 200! Finally the scale is moving. I have been working my butt off to get under 200. I am going to be there next weigh in!!!

Why do I always lose more weight on the Tuesday after a Monday weight in??? lol I need to be better on sunday's I guess. I am usually really good all week so I can have one indulgence on sat or sun.

Great job ladyark! I only lost 1.1... but at least it's a loss. I really wish the scale would reflect the loss I feel. My pants are falling off of me!

I like to slice mine and place on foil in freezer. Then you can throw in a bag to store. If you blend up some frozen banana's with a little bit of milk, it's a nice little replacement for ice cream. Or you can throw them in smoothies!

ugh. I gained .3 lbs.. but I did some awesome workouts this week. And did a major workout yesterday. I am sure if I weigh myself tomorrow it will be down. lol My clothes feel really loose this week, so I will just keep that in mind.

49 here!.. One of the reason I am doing this is I wanted to lose 40 lbs before my 50th birthday! And yes... the darn weight seems to come off a lot slower than it did 20 years ago.
