I have slowly gotten my way back to getting healthy. Baby steps ... first gave up pork and bacon :neutral: and only had lean meat but mostly fish. I got a nutribullet and have gotten very used to having tons of veggies and greens again. Now I started back at a gym and I'm starting to feel good again. Less pain too.

You need to find some kind of exercise you can do.. and just do it. Biking is what I do since I have had the same thing. I also have a severe food addiction. No control whatsoever. Madonna's Ray of Light is my go to song to push through. I can always visualize light pumping through me and lifting me up. The key is finding that one song when you hear it that you connect with.

Yep. I not only can't wear my wedding band anymore, I need new shoes too! I can tighten up my work out shoes but not the regular ones.

Is there a certain length of time I should walk before I run? I average an hour walk.. but I have done 2 or 3 hours with breaks.

I was trying on some winter clothes I had packed up... out of my skinnier clothes box. And not only did the skirt fit (that I never wore, too tight) but it zipped up with no problems! YES!! Too bad I plan on being to skinny to wear it next year! lol It's cute.

I have used old bay but not on tilapia. I mix up some of our favorite spices, garlic powder, onion powder, italian seasoning and a few tablespoons of grated parmesan. sprinkle on both sides of your fish. Lightly oil a pan and place fish in the oven. 425 for 13-18 minutes depending on how thick. It's very tasty.

When I've been good all week, I eat a meal of anything I want. I am a devoted Foodie and could never live without all the tastes and textures.
