Lactic Acid Fermentation

Does anyone know anything about this and how to do it? I only know all of the health benefits, but I don't know how to do it, what you need, and where to get the bacteria.

  Just eat yogurt. I'm not familiar with a culture or direct ingestion of lactic acid. Any fermented food produces it as a by product.
