I watch men in the weight room. I'm always looking for new exercises and I pay attention to form. Usually if I'm staring it's because the guy is using bad form and I'm expecting a clavicle to pop or something. I think it's ok to watch.

Zumba is FANTASTIC! I used to take 4-5 classes/week and my HRM would show a burn of 300-350 for a 30 minute class or 600-700 for an hour. Just jump in and keep moving. Have fun with it and it won't even feel like you're working out.

MFP always says twice as many calories as my HRM.

My calorie count with my HRM is always about half of what MFP says it should be. I trust my HRM over MFP because it continuously monitors my heart rate during my workout. Same here, but the tear was acutually on the head of the femur and couldn't be fixed with a Cortisone shot(yeah, they tried and it only bought me about 30 minutes of relief. The ortho ended up shaving the entire head of the femur and poking holes in the bone to create a callus to help absorb shock. It's been almost a year…
