I don't and I consistently lose 1-2lbs a week. Why I don't eat them back? Because I calculated this into my TDEE already and daily macros.

I think everyone is different. I wake up at 5:30 am and go for a 5k (M-W-F) Sat 15k. Work from 9-6pm Sleep at 12am. Not good for people that have mainly muscle and low fat that are trying to get down to 10% Body Fat. This is good for people who don't want to build muscle or drop BF% for cuts.

Weigh yourself once a week and record those numbers. ex. Friday morning right after you go potty in your skivvies.

I have a cute australian cattle dog I rescued. Trained my dog but I also gave her a soft dog bed to lay in. She basically just wants to be wherever I am. Now the hair is ridiculous during shedding season and I have no solution for that but I still love this dog :)

Kind of right. Muscles don't weigh more than fat, it just takes up less space Than fat. A pound of muscle is a pound and a pound of fat is a pound. The more you lift and eat at a safe deficit you will see the results.
