On long runs I put it in my CamelBak (trails). On short runs for Jog/Sprints I ground it nearby with my sweat shirt or in my tirewell.

I average a gallon of water a day. I only drink water, no sodas or fruit juices. I go through a half gallon when working out and the other half at work or home before bed. I carry the jug with me literally everywhere I go so its a constant reminder to drink till empty.

Massive deficit causes muscle loss. Then you get "skinny fat". So you will question why you have all this loose skin. If only you conserved that muscle to fill in that skin. Slow and steady wins the race.

Top teams in the hunt are Cardinals, Miami, and NYJ. I think he will opt for Miami if the coaching staff is to his liking.

Try grilled/baked salmon or snapper saute'ed in garlic and olive oil. The garlic and olive oil helps any sort of fishiness however snapper isn't "fishy" along with Salmon when cooked right with proper seasoning.

My ex went on my FB page all the time and sent messages to some girls on there asking how they knew me etc. Needless to say she became the ex fairly shortly once I found out. That kind of psycho behavior is not healthy and if trust is not there, no point in continuing on the wrong path with that particular someone.…

Hi, I am a Marine. The best pre-training for the US Army is jogging/running. Build that endurance because you will be training with your body weight mainly ie. pushups and situps. Your runs will be 2miles so strive to do that non stop. Good luck and have fun while you are in there! This is an experience you will never…

Hello, MFP is telling you your actual calories eaten and your net changes due to exercise. They are using the basic formula of calories in vs out so you may be consistent in your nutrition. Eating back calories is "optional" but for me those exercise numbers must be accurate in order for me to eat them back. Machines and…
