Yup yup...Best to weigh yourself once a week or even month at the same time of the day usually right after your morning business. Obsessing over the scale on a daily basis will mess with your mind.

Any cheap digital one works fine and you can use a weight to calibrate it to make sure its consistent. You can just take 3 weigh in's and take the average of the three or go to a gym and use the one with the counter balance (medical scale).

Totally fine post for the people who have a hard time controlling there caloric intake via calorie dense foods. That is usually the quest for most people controlling there calories, to find delicious yummy foods low in calories so you can eat alot of it and feel satiated. ex. Ill be at a pool party. I don't eat much when I'm at pool party's for the obvious reasons but I do drink alot so I gotta watch myself there. Just keep the portions modest and it will all workout even if you go over, its only 1 day.

Fish is awesome!!!!!! High calories? Fish from fast food restaurants don't count nor that microwaveable junk. Grilled fresh snapper, cod, halibut, salmon and tuna are excellent sources of protein and low in calories. Last but not least, SASHIMI!!!
