LOL Love this post! I Met her in 2009 at a Peta protest. I walked up to her and her energy was amazing. She is a tiny thing. The most calm and welcoming aura. She was so incredibly sweet!!!! The Biggest Loser is my favorite show, I watch her and trip out when she is in "Trainer" Mode.

I love me some Zumba!!! I take classes at my Gym but I also have the Total Body Transformation DVD's. Sometimes when I want to mix it up, I'll go on youtube and you can see instructors from all over the world who post their Zumba Class workouts online =)

I think it depends on the person. I am doing 1200 but I am also eliminating processed foods. I eat only Veggies and Fruits, Beans, whole Grains. I think people often forget how abundant Veggies are. Little Calories but a lot of food. I wouldn't recommend going under 1200.
