In my opinion you should just maintain/not lose a lot because you want your dress to fit 5 weeks from now. I'm sure you don't need the extra stress caused by the dress not fitting right.

One year ago I wanted to get back to my highschool weight and I did. My mistake was that I stayed at 1200 for months and didn't exercise. Now I have a fitness goal instead of a weight one because the no. on the scale doesn't reflect how good you look naked, trust me :D

I started because I no longer liked the girl I saw in the mirror. A few months after that my bf proposed, but the wedding wasn't my no 1 motivation because it's just a day. It did help me to stay on track and get to my goal months before the wedding.

I'm having the same problem. I'm not a morning person, so I can't workout then. I think it's because of the energy rush I get from exercising. I thought that in time my body will get used to this, but it's been over a month and nothing.

I happened to maintain on a 5 day binge and I am so happy about it. I did walk a lot during those 5 days, but also ate lots of butter covered french food(yum!) - butter croisants and choco pankakesX5 just for breakfast, now that's a disaster :D

I am getting married in september and dieted a whole year for this. I also bought my dress, but it's too big and I'll have to alter it around august. The lady at the store told me US sizes are more generous :D

My face looked better when it was rounder :(. I do happen to think like that about some girls, but I was never that rude to say it. I don't think it's nice to make comments like that about somebody.

I like YourShape, it's pretty fun. When it arrives try the 'wallbreaker', that's my fav. I don't use it too often because I'm not big on gaming, but I like that it cheers for you and calls you back if you go away.
