Massages are great, but also expensive if done by a pro. I'm not sure about long term, but it was money well spent. I don't have pictures, but the difference is huge.

I was in a bar with some girlfriends and we had a candle on the table. We were there from some time, so the candle went off. Then a guy walks to our table, puts a new candle on it, tells me that he could no longer see my face in the dark and walks away. Now that was super sweet, too bad for him I had a bf.

Be patient. It took me one year to lose all this weight, but it was worth it. It feels awesome to finally be the thin one that can look good in almost anything. Just hang in there and be optimistic because it will change your life for the better.

I am slowly upping my cals and started working out to tone and feel better. I am also in need of shopping for my bottom half because I stored most of my fat there and now everything I have is too big.

Celebrity pictures are photoshoped a lot. I tell myself that all the time, but they still get to me sometimes. Beach photos of them tell the truth and many are far from perfect, so why should we try so hard? You are beautiful in that photo and I'm sure you're still as beautiful with a few extra pounds.

I think this gets better with age, but I don't know if it ever goes away. In my HW days I was avoiding people all the time, but now I do go out. I will never be confident in a bikini no matter how good I look, so starving is not an option. Maybe try to do some sports because it will make you happier.

It really depends on what you like. If you want to look strong as the OP does, then squats are ok, but if you're more into the lean long look, then avoid them and go running.

I lost all my weight using only MFP. It was slow and I regret not exercising, but I've started to and it feels great. I was at 1200 for 3 months and now I'm slowly upping my cals to maintain. For me the 1200 was an avg of 1lb/week loss, but I really wished I ate more and exercised instead because now I'm skinny fat instead…

I am proud because now I'm at my highschool weight, I'm still on MFP eating healthy instead of 'celebrating' my loss. I'm specially proud I finally started working out(using the elliptical I bought 3 years ago + some rollerblading)
