i find if i have a sweet tooth for lunch one day i will have a bowl of coco pops, 116 cals for 30g with skimmed milk and they really help a choc fix, it means you stay within your daily allowance and no guit!! hope this helps x

i ate some vanilla wafers last night thinking they are light and low fat.......how i was wrong.......!!!! 360 caloires for 8! i was shocked, now i know that is an indulgent treat i wont be tempted to have them again. pre write in ur foods then you know how many cals you have left over to play with ! xx

how about a tech n wave? its not a full on perm but it give volume and shape to the hair. not all salons do this but it is very effective.

i had the same problem! loved the old system, was full all the time didnt have to exercise atall and the weight fell off. i even memorised all the points (all the ones i used daily) Then the hideous new points system came in....... it was just so hard changing, the values of jacket potatoes shot up and i got so confused.…

Well as you metion it i made my first boiled eggs last nite, best way is boil, then cool with cold water, then i got to my glass chopping board and hit the egg on it, it gently shatters and gives me a starting point to peel open!!!!! trust this works!!! xxx

Im from england so i dont know how good my help is but isnt there anywhere you could work that included accommodation?? Theyre must be summer camps or sumit you can work and stay there for 6 months…
