i bought the eat water pasta from holland and barratt, omg it was horrible. i had it with passata and mixed veg, it tasted like chewing rubber and it smelt fishy, would not recommend to anyone

great , thanks for your ideas i have a job that is sat down all day and only walk in my lunchtime, that why my weightloss has to be from my food not my exercise, i was thinking 2 eggs on brown bread no butter for dinner??? thats about 400 cals but is it best to stay away from bread if i have had carbs from cereal alday ?

i actualy ate them 6 days a week for dinner, i was a lazy cook and finshed work nearer 8pm so i wanted convienence over taste. i always added birds eye veg to it but i personally loved weight watchers chicken hot pot. its portion controlled and i used to eat them with a baby knife and fork so it took ages and it filled me…

unless he had genuine medical knowledge as to push you into dieting, just ignore him, or better yet..... make the same salad every day for lunch and dinner for a week, if he dosent rip his hair out he will get bored. least then he will know how hard it is to miss foods. let me know how you get on :-)
