  • i second the cottage cheese idea!! also weight watchers do a pre mixed tin of tuna mayonaise and sweetcorn which is lovely!!! dosnt taste as heavy as normal mayo and dont need any butter with it just spoon into a roll or wrap !!xx

  • Little trick im doing is to park your car further away from the work car park and walk with an i pod and a very heavy dance song!! i get to work very out of breath and then get to have evenings to myself. :-)
