I bake my own bread when I have a day off to do it. I do not use a machine so I know going it I need about 4 hours to stick around to bake it. I also use my coffee bean grinder to grind up oatmeal and mix that in with the flour. Sure makes the house smell good, and is yummy :) (plus you can cut it pretty thin if you want…

Thanks to this .. i craved new tea so went to the tea shop.. todays picks were.. Roasted Almond (a black tea) Coconut almond rooibos, and my daughter choose, Ginger snap cookie which is a rooibos. :)

might not "technically be a tea" but there is a butt load of great reasons to drink it :)

Rooibos is a red tea, and it is a great tea, it has anti inflammatory purposes. I believe it is used for medical reasons and is really good for your health :) Peppermint is great for upset tummies and people who suffer irritable bowel syndrome and upset tummies use it to help out with that.

loose leaf for me.. I love Key Lime Pie tea (its a black tea) Or coconut almond which is a red tea... Basically anything full of antioxidants, that taste like dessert and are cal free lol
