Well done! Ive got into my old size 10 trousars and I have been wearing them to work for 2 weeks now. They are tight (but not ridiculously so) so it is a reminder not to over eat! Its working, my muffin top has disappeared, and my stomache overhang when I sit down is disolving as we speak! Such a great feeling!...again…

That is good advice, and by the sounds of it you need less. I have my goal set to 1200 as I am 5'7 and weigh 168 pounds. I find it hard to believe that you need as many calories as I do! See the 1200 as a guideline, and maybe look around the internet or ask your doctor what how you can safely lower you calories to suit…

Maybe you are low on iron. Check with your doctor, you are definatly missing a vital mineral or vitamin during your monthlys that a supplement can sort out.

I just take afew painkillers about 30 minutes before any excercise. I also opt for low impact workouts as painkillers have a risk of masking any warning pains/injuries. I usually go swimming as its a high energy low impact workout, if your using tampons its no problem at all.
