I say it's all in how you approach them. If you say "do you mind if I give you some pointers to avoid an injury?" Something along that line so they can easily say "no thanks" . At least you've tried. I work out at our Company gym and its very small. The guys are good at pointing things out. I appreciate them.

I have just turned 50 on June 17th and I instantly gained back 6 pounds!! I swear my body is changing. Couldn't be the endless birthday celebrations or the cruise!!! Oh well, it was fun while it lasted!! Back to the grind.

No but at the dentist last night the hygenist was scolding me for not flossing and she said she does it at night while watching TV since it helps her with the munchies while watching TV. I did the 30 day Young and Raw Challenge in February and lost 10 pounds. BUT I felt a lot healthier. I had other issues it helped with as well (joint pain and digestion). I was told by naturopath to only eat Kefr. Not sure why, but I do what she says. Maybe she has shares in the Company!! Who knows, but it works!!

Yes, I have but not for weight loss reasons. I have digestive issues so I'm just working with my doctor and natureopath to try to figure things out. I eat brown rice and pasta made from brown rice.
