Look at it like it's an event not a process. it was just one little event, learn from it and move forward. It's not an ongoing process. Just like hitting a milestone is an event not an end to the process. Celebrate it and keep going.

This, also my instructor gave me some really good advice. She said to have absolutely everything prepped the night before. Clothes, food, toiletries!! Everything. Even sleeping in gym clothes to start!! Yes!! It worked!! Now I love it and it's so natural. It's like brushing my teeth in the morning. It's just what you do!!

Up at 5 and at the gym at 6 every work day, 3 days of boot camp, 2 days with PT, then run on weekends. i do weights/strength with cardio intervals. I enter it as circuit training. For 45 minutes it's 324. which I've been told is fairly accurate. i do 15 minutes of yoga at the end that I don't log so i have a little bit of margin for error.

Gained a pound. Same, not beating myself up just trying to figure out where I need to make adjustments. I've been to a lot of events ('is the season) so I think it' a lot of salt. And have not been diligent about logging. That's going to be my focus moving forward.

I agree with what all the others said about looking at the "love" in the photos but you "could" always use it and print one of the pics you really don't like and put it on the junk food cupboard or attach it to the top of the ice cream container.
