I wake between 4:30 and five and get my workout in. In the rest of the day too much is left up to chance. This way I know that I got my workout in and I feel great.

Just be patient. Don't mess with your calories so much. Pick a number and stick at it for a while. 1-2 pounds a week loss is great. Your diary is empty so I am not sure how you are tracking calories. I would think you do need to eat at leat 1300 calories a day. Good calories.

My friends are shot people. Our shots are Bacardi Limon. (around 65 calories) So I drink Miller 64 and of course the shots. I track all of my food/drinks for the day before we go out. I usually go over by a couple drinks and they never make it to my diary. I am losing, slowly.
