Simple Zucchini
I am having a BBQ hamburger for dinner tonight and have some Zucchini that I would like to have along side it. I don't eat zucchini very often. What are your favorite ways to prepare Zucchini that is fast and easy?

Day 22, Tuesday September 4th
Ok I am confused - Day 22 - But I think the challenge ends on the 17th. Does not matter, I am still sticking with a positive affirmation and telling myself I will make it there. The scale disagrees with me, but I feel good about my efforts thus far. I am happy to be back at work and have more of a normal schedule.

Day 16 - August 29, 2012
Good day everyone! I ended the day on target yesterday. Although I was a slacker on the exercise front. My right calf has been tense, or really tight for a couple days and I am using that as an exscuse not to exercise. Day 12, August 25th - Saturday
Woke up energized this morning. Went a little overboard last night but not too bad just 500 calories. Round 2 is today. I did the 30 day shred this morning. My chores are done and I am going to do some Zumba in a little bit probably after the grocery store. Then a nap, and out with hubby for more birthday weekend…

Day 4
Day 4 of level 1 of the Shred. I wonder if I am going to be ready to move to the next level in 6 more days. The workout is great. I am getting better at the pushups. Day 8
Completed Day 8 today. Since I shredded twice on Sunday then last night, then this morning, I am feeling a little over shredded. I am so thankfule that I get a full 24 hours before I have to do it again.

Day 2 - 08/15
Today was Day 2. - I am glad that I am got up and got my workout in. I am feeling sore in the shoulders. The whole time I found myself yelling at the TV saying you are killing me. But remarkably the time went by so fast. I just kept telling myself you must finish this one exercise.
