8 months in I love it! It has helped me gain mobility, strength, and lose 34 lbs. Great supportive group of people. I ran my first 5k with friends from crossfit. It is life changing.

I would track food you will start to see that eating a heavier breakfast will keep you fuller longer. I like almonds and nut thins, as well as coconut oil in my coffee.

Do exercises that do not feel easy to you, such as kettlebell swings, pushups, pull ups, squats, rowing, etc. I joined crossfit and have been losing a lb everyweek. Losing weight is 80% diet 20% fitness. Good luck!

It took me two months to see progress in my weight, like real progress =21 lbs gone. It will come though. I had to switch to eating paleo.

I believe the zone diet is the closest you will get, with plenty of weight training added in.

I was able to stick with a Whole30 for 12 days. I lost about 12 lbs. but it was strict for me. I am eating a low carb diet, with dairy but no sugar. I have found dairy doesn't affect me like sugar, so taking out the others (beans, grains, and sugar) is about the best I can do for now. It's a really really awesome program…

You should read "The South Beach Diet" Book, also I'm currently doing the Dukan Diet by Dr. Dukan. You won't get all the facts unless you read the books about the research behind these diets.

There are many different types of protein. Have you tried lamb, seafood, beef (tons of ways to prepare). Also add different spices.
