Me!! I have a four month old. Need to lose 20 pounds to get to pre-pregnancy weight. I think breastfeeding is making me gain more weight. Im ready to start exercising, though I don't know how I will get a chance to with a newborn and working 40 hours a week. :smile:

I always have put mine on high when I leave at 8:30 am for work. I get home around 2:30 pm. Never had any problems.

Not at all. You could do it in a small living room.

I do the 30day shred. Only 20 min and you'll feel great afterwards.

I agree. Mornings are best for me. It's hard for me to get up out of bed early to exercise, but once I get started on exercising it's not so bad. It makes me feel good for the rest of the day and if I were to wait until I got home from work I would never get it done.
