  • Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm of the view that if you followed the post surgery lifestyle changes without the surgery you would still lose weight and achieve your goal without all of the risks.
  • Personally based on my HRM, a moderate intensity 30 minute Elliptical workout burns around 450 calories for me. I've gotten as high as 650 doing High intensity intervals on the elliptical in 30 minutes. 700 for an hour seems reasonable, but again it does depend on weight and fitness level.
  • I to create my own exercises. I use a HRM to track my calorie burn, and edit the calories each workout.
  • I do the same thing. never any issues.
  • They do take a while to come down. You just need to keep exercising, and watch the processed fats you eat.

Next comes core exercises, lifting, and finally 20 minutes of cardio (running, elliptical, bike, or rowing). His focus with me has…
  • Toss them, keep focused, and don't look back. Money is a big motivator for me (in addition to other things). If i toss them or donate them, I don't want to spend money to buy more big clothes when I have perfectly good "skinny" clothes.
  • When I started back into the gym, I got a personal trainer because I knew I needed the help. After my first free visit I was completely spent, I could barely walk, I almost fell stepping off the curb because my legs were so weak. I thought to myself "if every week is like this, I'm not going to make it" You just need to…
  • When I started working out and trying to drop weight again it took almost 2 months to see my weight go down. But in that 2 months I lost about 2% body fat, over 2 inches at the waist, and gained inches across my shoulders, arms, and thighs due to building muscle. So if your following a good workout routine it is very…
