I love tattoos and don't think they "hurt". I crave tattoos actually. Getting my 3rd one soon. The only reason I haven't had it done yet is because I can't decide where to put this one. It is a very, very important one to me, and I want to make sure I have no regrets as to where I place it.

I have a cheat day a week, BUT I stay within my calorie range. And I know myself enough to know that I am able to get right back on track the next day. I also know myself enough that if I did NOT have a cheat day I would give up on this journey.

Have you adjusted your calories since your weight loss to reflect the change in your caloric needs? Also, since you aren't exercising like you were before, make sure that your MFP goal shows that, so if it changes anything with your caloric need, it will be reflected. My protein shake is 275 calories - I don't eat anything else with it, but that's because I eat 5-6 times a day.

Yes, I have and I still have 50 pounds to lose to even get to what is considered a healthy weight. They are just used to seeing me as the large person I was. Silliness.

LOL - we even have the original brick road from the 1800s and only stop signs - no need for traffic lights.

We don't get tourists in this tiny town. If we did - hopefully they know someone here, because the nearest hotel is about 35 minutes away, there is not a store; the family owned restaurants all close by 2 p.m. in the afternoon; and we have a single gas station that closes at 11 p.m.

I do not measure my food - I become obsessed too easily. Now, I know as I get closer to my goal weight, I will probably have to, but for now, I do not measure for 100% accuracy.

I weigh in multiple times a day, but my official weigh in that I track is Wednesdays. I just like seeing the numbers.

^^^^^ That is my husband - he weighs on Sundays, which I was putting his weight in for him. I weigh on Wednesdays - I am the one that was doing the weight loss challenges. Haha.

From my understanding if you have a smaller amount of weight to lose, you should set it to lose only 1 lb a week. That would increase it a couple hundred calories, which as you know is much healthier.
