In my opinion, I feel if you add a protein to your breakfast you will feel fuller much longer.

I weigh twice daily. Once in the morning and once before bed. I just like to see the fluctuations that I have throughout the day/week. I have lost nearly 100 lbs and do ok with the frequent weighing. I know some get frustrated if they weight too often, but I am ok with it. I have really gotten to know my body that way.

Interesting - my Vitamin D levels were very low - I had to take really high doses as well and take a daily Vitamin D now to maintain the levels.

I take citrucel fiber tablet supplements twice a day to help keep everything going well. I also drink aloe juice. But when things just won't move along, the hot water always does the number :)

Definitely do not drink it. Have you tried drink an 8 oz glass of hot water? Like coffee hot? Then walk around for a few minutes. I swear by it.
