My weigh day is on Wednesdays. The only reason is because I'm in weight loss challenges and they happened to start on a Wednesday.

I have been following the Herbalife plan faithfully since July 2013 and have lost 60 lbs. Did your coach tell you how many calories to eat and how much protein to aim for? Even though you are replacing two of your meals with healthy shakes, you still have to make sure you are maintaining your calorie and protein goals.

If I didn't allow myself to have a treat once in a while, I would never stick to this. I just have to be careful and make sure I stay within my calories and don't do it often. I'm doing fine so far with my weight loss journey.

I would love to drink my Diet Dr. Pepper - miss it - but it makes me sick. After many, many tests ran by specialists, we found out I was sick from soda. Doesn't matter if it is diet or regular, must be something in the carbonation.

That is what my doctor told me when I had to go in for tests and had a colonoscopy done while I was having bowel problems.

Pooping 3 times a month is definitely not okay. A healthy pooper goes at least 2 to 3 times a day. I would call your doctor.
