I've found myself putting in extra walks etc to help. I know the holidays are difficult to keep on track so might as well try to sneak in some extra time on the gym shoes.

I am logging everything I eat its become a habit. I do want to lose weight and lying to myself wouldn't help that. In regards to the food scale no, but I will invest in one! The number for daily calorie goal seems a bit high 2160 so I reduced it to 1600. Thank you all for the feedback! its very much appreciated :)
