Hi I'm 66 active, 5'3.5", Started at 167, and doing Induction 20gr carbs for the last 8 weeks. Only lost 7 lbs. so it's really slow. I want to get to 143, BMI normal. Has anyone tried cutting out dairy? to increase weight loss. ?

Been on LoCarb 8 weeks. 167-160lbs. only 7 lbs loss. Active 66yo. 15-24 carbs/day. 1300-1500 calories. Now I'm getting headaches. Goal normal BMI= 143 Some one said cut out dairy but wow, that's a third of what I eat. Hmm. Any ideas as to why my loss is soooo slow? :/

Hi I'm Jackie and I'm 65 and in my 12th week of P90x3. I have really enjoyed it and I can now do a almost 2 real push ups! The weight loss has been slow tho but I know I'm feeling fitter and am a bit smaller.
