Propelling my 232 pound body (aka roadblock) up and down hills for the last half of my 2 mile walk--heading strait into a 20 MPH wind. Need to become more aerodynamic for sure. (Maybe 50-70 lbs from now!) But I still did it in 27 minutes--two minutes shorter than last week. PS the hills add up to 14 floors on my fitbit.
