Take a watch and HRM, you'll get an accurate number of calories burned rather than relying on a calculator that may or may not be accurate.

Do tempo runs, fartleks, or speed work at a local track. That's the only stuff that's going to get your muscles ready however, it may not happen in two weeks but since you're almost to your goal, speed work might be your best bet.

PIcked up Your Shape Fitness Evolved tonight and did two sections of the zen stream/tai chi. Honestly, it kicked my butt. Need to pick up an HRM as I don't think the calories are accurate.
