Mine's usually tea, or Indian chai if I can make it :)

Well I mean I'm already down a cup-size.. I'm at a 34B now. I don't want them to get any smaller.. haha

All the time. I keep the MFP tab up on my computer at work.

My waist / stomach / gut.

Bull****. If you're hungry, eat. I eat dinner at 7pm every night, and am still able to lose weight. It's about calorie deficit, not timing.
-
Stop trying to be good enough for everyone else and just be good enough for you. You'll be happier that way :)
-
Cucumbers, carrots, cherries, strawberries, etc. are what I usually bring with me to snack on at my desk at work :)
-
I think whole wheat bread is still better than white bread... but cutting down on carbs in general is a good way to kick-start weight loss.
-
I don't eat any of them.

I eat when I get hungry, which is usually every 2-3, sometimes 4 hours. I keep each "meal" small, like a good-sized snack instead of a full meal. And I eat clean.
-
You already are eating clean, babe. If eating cleaner would make you feel better about yourself, feel free to do so, but you're not doing anything wrong with your current diet. At this point, for you, it's all about what makes you feel good. If you're still worried, maybe try eating a mix of the two diets?

Oh god, I don't even want to think about this. But during the summers that I didn't have a job, I'd lounge around my house and one of my favorite "snacks" was a plain bagel smothered in mayo and mustard with a couple of slices of cheese (each different) in the middle. Gross. I weighed like 122 lbs back then (which is a lot…

Eat smaller, higher-calorie foods. Everything (or as many things as you need, anyway) in full-fat, and protein shakes usually help, too.

I would suggest drinking a glass of water and brushing your teeth. If you still feel like eating afterwards, go for a short walk (if you can), and if you're still craving, eat something light ** I like having a bit of light, unbuttered popcorn [not a whole bag of it!] because it's low-cal but it feels like a cheat-food…

I never eat back all of the calories I burn. If I get hungry, I'll eat some of them back (maybe half, depending how much I burned), otherwise I don't worry about it. If you're not hungry, don't eat your burned calories back.

I personally enjoy eating clean because it gives me so much energy and makes me feel great. What I usually do is just look up healthy recipes online, from anywhere, count the calories and eat portions that are right for me. I'm not afraid to save food as leftovers for later. The "recipe" message board on MFP is great for…

Bump Thanks! :)

You look awesome! Congrats! I was looking at your diary, since it's open, and I noticed that you eat over 2,000 calories on almost a regular basis and you only log 159cals worth of exercise, so I was wondering: - How long did it take you to lose the weight / get fit? - What sorts of exercises did you do / are you doing?…

What's spinning? I'm not familiar with that term. And to everyone else: Thanks so, so much for the feedback: I learned a lot :)

Ah, okay. Well, admittedly, I'm not super fit at the moment. My endurance is terrible, but like I said in my edited original post, I believe I'll be able to push myself harder on the bike than on the treadmill, so I guess I'll try that :) My only problem with "seeing what burns more calories" is that I'm not exactly sure…

Wow, okay, I never meant to start an argument or anything. I know that in order to burn fat and lose weight, I need to be in calorie deficit. So I guess, for clarification for dad106, what I was asking was this: will biking be more beneficial to increasing my calorie deficit than power-walking on the treadmill (which is…

Thanks so much for the feedback, guys! I edited the original post and added some info - I really want to know what the best option for me would be.
-
But this is cardio, so wouldn't it help burn fat?
-
Stop doing crunches? Huh. I'll try that, thanks.

I find that I like using a bit of olive oil with some crushed, dry basil mixed in as my "sauce" for pastas and salads.
-
Well it really just depends what you like. My boyfriend says he likes my body.. the problem is that I don't.. haha

- Plain chapatis instead of naan or rice. - Stay away from anything "makhani," as these are made with lots of cream. - Dry dishes are usually okay. - Daal is great, as long as it's not makhani. As long as you keep small portions, you should be fine. Enjoy :)
-
Bump (I have the same problem).
-
Damn, you don't see a difference? If you hadn't told me it's 15lbs, I would have guessed a higher number. You look great :)

This.
