Thanks so much, I have ones like that from Boots, they are stiff and non bendy. I will try them on my next run. Thanks so much!!!

I think my stride is rather short, not sure about pushing off. Today i was trying to push more through my toes hoping that it will streach my foot. I used to get this pain during aerobic classes, its kinda like getting a cramp type of feeling. It only started while i started running more

What sort of soles did you get? I have some from boots that I use in my regular shoes, maybe I will try them in the running shoes. The running shoes I have have arch support as they are for overpronators, but maybe its not enough?

Start witd downloading app for c25k. There are plenty and they are free. They are very helpful telling you when to run and walk so all you have to do is switch it on and set off! :)

You have to log it as walk or run, depends how fast you were going.

I try not to eat the exercise calories back, sometimes I eat into them a little. The opinions here are divided and some people insist on eating them back. I guess it depends what works for you and how many calories you eat in first place. Sometimes I'm really hungry after workout and just have to eat. I am trying to plan…

Thanks a lot!!!

I have to start timing myself and see how far i actually run/walk at the moment.
-
Yeah its the mo farah run! I think they have two categories for 10k, one if you able to run under 50min and the other if you run over. They asked to estimate finish time and they had 14-20 min and over 20 lol. I will probably be over 40 lol. But its not like they will ask me to leave the track hahah. You should try, if you…

Yes, this will be my first race ever. I have almost finished c25k few years ago but never attempted 5k run. I think I will sign up, it will motivate me to at least not to loose the £20 haha

I have only just started and normally run on sat and sunday. On monday my legs are very tired and even though i may feel like running i worry i will injure myself. I have problems with knees so i dont want to push it. I go swimming on some days, maybe try that on other days

Just finished w3d1. I felt so pumped all the way. I hope it will continue on next runs. Feels like i'm slowly getting into shape!

maybe your body has now got used to the new routine and is not burning that much. Maybe try to change something, eat less/more, exercises more or do some new type of exercise. Don't give up!

I finished day two of that week today andfor some reason it felt like the easiest runs of all, not sure how this happened haha. I am getting more excited after every run. Im sure you will get through the 20 min just fine, and there is no harm in taking abit of a walk if u need, it's not a competytion. You know how great…
