I love seeing how everyone is doing. It keeps me going. I love to be on the top of the leader board. But now the only other person that was giving me a challenge just enters her info in after she does it. So Im not sure I can trust the numbers.

When first round at a healthy life I lost 50 lbs. I never saw the change, but others did. Someone told me to take a pic and do a side by side. That's when I saw it! Now I like taking a pic once a month to map myself.

I can only help with a couple... If your number turns red you ate more then you have burned. With sodium if you get to much it is unhealthy.
