just to say Hi

Hi, just joined and just finished my first 2 weeks on the 1200 calories, which I have failed. Finding 1400 just about doable, but still aiming for the mfp recommendations of 1200.

So far no weight loss, on the upside I have not gained either.

    I've found the only way to reach/be under my calorie goal is to exercise!

    When I first started, I was shocked to find out how many calories some foods had! MFP has definitely helped me make better decisions regarding how I consume my calories.

    Stick with it, and good luck!!
  • Stay away from processed foods, and GMOs.
