Maybe try running in place. You should be fine even if you cannot exercise for a few days.

I agree. I am the sole protector of my body and have to watch what I do and not trust anyone else with that job 100%.

I am getting that from my mother saying that I am "half a son" and that I need to stop losing weight. I am 5' 11" and am 175LBS. I want to lose another 15LBS. I did weigh 244LBS and lost 70LBS before I found MFP. Just do what feels right to you and do not be discouraged by other people.
