  • Cabin fever is probably a good definition because I am definitly ready for a little sun shine! But thanks for all the great ideas! The needle is stuck on my scale so I thought I would mix it up a little with something different but still get my heart rate up. I love ready all the posts, you guys are all really helpful!!
  • I'm a 34 yr old stay at home mom of 5 kids and I'm big into running. During the winter my husband and I have to run on our treadmill because of all the snow. But lately I'm getting tired of the same old scenery on the treadmill. Do any of you do any kind of aerobic DVD at home that you love and is high impact???
