They should be free though. In the 'real world', ie the world where you are not dieting, they should be things you are making up about half of your intake from, particularly veg. The point is that you are encouraged to learn to eat in a balanced way and eat enough of the right foods, and it works as far as I'm concerned. I…

In the afternoon when I'm at work (so after I eat lunch), I start to get very tired and my eyes hurt to keep open. I'd be interested to hear some insight.

Thanks for the responses. I will see my doctor, I think that's sensible. I don't drink coffee or soft drinks but I do have a fair amount of tea which contains caffeine. I'll try switching to caffeine-free, i didn't even think of it!

Yas. It's a great plan and easy to do. I have lost almost 50lbs altogether.

Thanks. I didn't watch much of the show but I have the book ordered from the library. I will have a look.

You've done so well! You look amazing. Edit: I've lost about 48lbs in 16 weeks so 62.8 is quite a lot. I agree with the above posters, you look very slim in the after pic so be careful.

I completely understand how you feel and I think this is quite typical thinking for a depression sufferer. I am on anti-depressents myself and it took me a long, long time to come around to even entertaining the idea of losing weight even after I'd been on them for a long while. Now I still have a lot of thoughts about…

Yes I think everyone worries about it but some feel that it is small price to pay for the weight loss. Personally it terrifies me and I'm not sure how it will affect me as I have gained and lost large amounts of weight on quite a few occassions and my skin has been ok but who knows... I think there are several factors…
