Coffee has almost no calories unless you are adding whole milk and sugar. I see no need to cut back, and it helps reduce appetite in my opinion.

There is many reasons for this. Try eating carrots and celery and drink enough water. Thats what I do. Also are you eating enough protein.

If you are really exercise burning 900 calories a day, you need to eat at least 2,000 calories a day. that is the problem and the simple solution.

Well in New York City, the man is required to spend about 3 Years salary as a minimum. 3 Months salary on a designer bag gets you the first date in this crack town.

most likely you should be eating 1200 if you are not working out. Since you are working out you probably need to eat more so your body can burn fat and building some muscle.

Yoga is nice. You can do some upper body weight training also, preferably with a chair or bench so you don't have to stand.

On number 4, make sure its just muscle soreness before you continue pressing on. I've had some tendon issues which i mistook as muscle problems and had to take a few weeks off to repair.

You can take a break from Insanity to do different workouts. And do it again in the future if you desire. I've done the 60 days one time and now I just randomly do an Insanity workout every few days as part of my weekly workout routine.
