meh...she's attractive. But I'd rather know if she has a personality and a brain. Those 2 items are far more important.

there's 2 types of fiber: Soluble and insoluble. Both are beneficial. Soluble fiber is found in grains like oatmeal and wheat. It forms a gel in the intestines and traps certain things like cholesterol making them not absorbable by the body. This is why you hear that oats are good for lowering cholesterol. Insoluble fiber…

Day 1 of disc 1 today.....I can tell my glutes and hamstrings are gonna be pissed at me tomorrow. That should make the treadmill lots of fun.

Subtract your resting heart rate from your max heart rate. Take difference and multiply it by 50%; 60%;75%;85%;93%;100%; and 103%. Add your resting hr to those figures. That will give you your training zones. An example...rhr =50 Mhr=180 180-150=130 Z1=50% * 130 =65 +50(rhr) =115 (low end of z1) Z1=60% * 130= 78 +50 =128…

Poptarts are great! I use them as on the bike fuel.....they fit in the back pocket, don't get gooey or messy, and come in a variety of flavors. Perfect for long rides. They also make a great breakfast when backpacking.

I suggest going to a bike store and test out one or more of each type. Recumbents are great for all day cruising. Less stress on tender parts. However, hills are kind of the bane of recumbents....you can't really put your body weight into the pedal stroke on a recumbent like you can with an upright bike.

So...fat is made from a duck. and a duck floats the same as wood, so a duck must be made of wood. And if fat floats it too must be mad eof wood....and therefore can be burned! Burn the fat!

If you don't have a metabolic issue with carbs, such as diabetes, there's nothing wrong with them. Even if you do have an issue, they can still be a part of a healthy diet, but you have to follow your prescribed diet and monitor.

Have you tried using any of the Spinnerval or similar dvd's? Not exactly like riding outdoors, but can definitely help with the boredom of the trainer.
