if its a body weight workout (pushups, pullups, situps, etc) then shoes are optional. If there's any equipment involved, I wear shoes.

I only watch the show for motivation....if a 300lbs person can run on a treadmill, I know my 170lbs butt can too. As for the blatant advertising and what I see as selling out, I try my best to ignore that part of the show.

Chipolte and Zaxby's are about it for fast food for me. At chipotle I get a burrito bowl with everything.....so I don't go very often. At Zaxby's it's wings 'n things with nuclear sauce....so I don't go very often.
