Try eating high fibre foods... the calories are tied up in the fibre so they make you full but aren't absorbed. Figs, raspberries, almonds, beans, pulses etc.

I have a serious fruit addiction, it always spikes my sugar intake on the food diary but whatever, it's delicious and tied up with a ton of fibre

Raspberries, cherries, bananas, watermelon, pineapple, passion fruit, strawberries..... you know what i should stop haha!

Xylitol also has amazing benefits for oral hygiene, I'm not too hot on the science but it actively helps you keep your teeth and gums healthy by creating a hostile environment for bacteria plus no laxative effects like some other sweeteners :)

20, 1st year student :D was silly stupid with losing weight through my teens... starving/fad diets etc and ended up gaining weight -.- would love people to be accountable to and to talk to :)

For every half a stone I lose I go out for a meal (no binges, no purges for anyone who wants to say that)
