  • Before I started with MFP I lost 3lbs. Haven't lost anymore. Maintaining current weight of 173lbs. I am thinking the muscles are kicking since I am very active in Zumba, Cardio Kickboxing and gym.

I started this site about 20 days ago and been keep up with the calorie watching and taking Zumba, Cardio Kick boxing, Booty ballet and since I started. I haven't seen any lose just yet. My diet is Oatmeal, salads, salmon, fish, nuts beans, etc.…

  • Since I go hard during the week with taking Zumba, Cardio Kicking, Booty Ballet. Then 1 or 2 days at the gym working weights, cardio. On the weekends is is more challenging. Running errands. However, I do jumping jacks and abs work. Also, really pay attention to the calories and have a cheat day over the weekend!
