I suppose that would have been more helpful, haha! I'm looking more for something that will give me better accuracy with how many calories I burn. Mostly through exercise, but something that could tally up a daily estimate would be nice too. Not sure if something like that is out there. (I'm new to this... can ya tell?)

Fage Total 0% greek yogurt with fresh fruit (usually grapes and either strawberries or raspberries) and 1/2 a serving of granola w/ almonds... Yum!

I just picked it up from the library. I've heard various things about it and thought I'd look at it before investing my money. Haven't gotten around to reading it just yet though.

As for the frozen meals... you've got to be careful with the sodium in them. That's the part that will kill ya.
