You definitely are NOT overeating at 1300 calories a day. Just as others have recommended, find your TDEE and eat at a 20% deficit from that. This would be a great place for you to start. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/974888-in-place-of-a-road-map-2k13

I am in love with Questbars. :heart: Seriously in love with them. :blushing: Chocolate Brownie, Chocolate Peanut Butter, and Strawberry Cheesecake are my favorites. Chocolate Chip Cookie dough is a good one too but a bit dry for my liking. Though, if you warm them up in the microwave for 10-15 seconds they are awesome.

I am stronger than I have ever been. I want to a throw myself on the floor and have a fit like a 2 year old when the power rack is taken. "No thanks, I got this. You should see what I lift at the gym." - Is my normal response when someone wants to help me lift something heavy.

Impressive numbers!!! I love seeing numbers like that, particularly when women post them. :wink: I started like you did, eating too little and doing endless cardio. I got on the weight machines maybe once a week, but most of the time I opted for cardio because it burned more calories. :ohwell: I started lifting at the end…
