Well usually i just do it randomly throughout the day. Like i do my workout in the home gym (30 mins) and then sometimes iif i feel fine i go on a long walk, etc. So it usually adds up to like 90 mins on a normal day with about 650-700 cals per day

Im 5'5" and 130 lbs is that a good estimate for my height and weight?

TOTALLY! :) so stoked! Im gonna try to be healthy but itll be hard. Im seeing my inspiration demi lovati perform there. SO EXCITED
